Many many thanks for a truly amazing experience. I went into the process with no expectations or ideas, just with a completely open mind and heart, and WOW it blew me away. People at work have been saying that I look younger, less stressed... well it's the best anti-ageing treatment that anyone could have. I would recommend it to anybody. My hubby has been getting regular doses of Reconnective energy along with my boss at work, both have said that the energy seems to work on a much deeper level, more subtle, but further reaching. My sleeping patterns are much better, my osteoarthritis is not as noticeable. If I happen to rest my hands on my knees, it's like I've got a couple of little furnaces going away. I don't even have to think to 'switch' the energy on like I had to do with Reiki. It's JUST THERE.

What can I say? Reconnective Healing was beyond anything I had experienced so far. The first thing that happened was that my mind seemed to switch off. I
drifted off into a very deep state of relaxation. It seemed like the relevance of thinking just dissolved. I was on another plane of existence, one where mental thoughts didn't matter, simply weren't relevant. Towards the end I had a realisation that I was being taken up to a level of existence which was far beyond human existence as I knew it. It was awesome.
What I felt in the days afterwards was a sense of greater inner wisdom (connected to a higher Wisdom, which I seemed to tap into with more ease than before), a greater sensitivity to energies, and there was definitely a change in my mental activity. It seemed like I just wasn't able to think like I did before. My mind had stopped running in circles and taking control over me. I just didn't seem to be able to worry anymore, and now I feel so much at peace with myself.

To me, Erica is a vast storehouse of energy encapsulated in a tiny human being. She has a treasury of wisdom and love. Being held is important in all forms of healing and Erica works with such compassion and integrity I feel quite safe; she is ‘there’ for her client. The Reconnection and Reconnective Healing are life-changing. It is only really in hindsight that I can see how far I have changed and grown. Erica has encouraged me all the way. If you try some of this elixir for yourself, you will not regret it.

Gorgeous....I felt like I was in a cocoon – safe and warm. I thought, “is heaven like this?” Since my session, my senses have been heightened and I feel excited about the future.

I did not know what to expect from my session with Erica. The physical and emotional feelings I experienced were so hard to describe and I knew something had happened to me - but what? It was with great surprise and a dawning realisation of the power of Reconnective Healing that after 4 weeks I was no longer in pain from the arthritis in my knees and able to enjoy gardening once again.
