Lighten up and breathe in the Air!
In this workshop we bring together two very powerful systems – Colour and Chi Kung – and in the process we find that each strengthens and enhances the other.
As a branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Five Element Chi Kung links seasons with corresponding body organs, elements and colours to help increase our connection to ourselves, promoting true self-healing. Chi Kung is an ancient form of movement with exercises which encourage the flow of vital energy ‘chi’ around the body, promoting a natural self healing process and inspiring true balance with harmonious health.
Although Air is not an element linked to TCM, in the early summer time we connect with the Air elemental. The colours are pale blue and clear and we link specifically with the lungs, the moon and the feminine. In the spring we plant the seeds for our endeavours, and the early summer is the time to begin to soar!
We will work with the powerful and dynamic colour system, Colourworks, for healing, growth and transformation. Colourworks consists of a set of beautiful coloured oils and essences which can be used in healing sessions and to offer readings. Included in the set are the Elementals.
We will tune into the late spring/early summer energies to focus on positive and practical ways to enhance your well-being.
This is a practical, experiential workshop to connect with your body, open your heart and free your spirit. You will have ‘hands-on’ experiences with colour, healing, energy and movement.

Colour II Workshop

In this two-day workshop you will:
- Discover the Angels, Elementals and Dragons who make up the ‘Scent by Angels’ range of spray essences and how to work with them for yourself and others

The focus of the retreat will be experiencing and using both Colour and Chi Kung, two ancient and powerful systems for healing, growth, manifestation, abundance, joy and spiritual connection.

We will also connect powerfully with the Earth element, a necessary, loving support at all times of the year.
We will combine the Chi Kung work (and play!) with the powerful and dynamic colour system, Colourworks, for healing, growth and transformation. The Weekend
The retreat starts at 6pm on Friday 27 June and ends at 4pm on Sunday 29 June. The weekend will then unfold with daily meditations, guided chi kung exercises, colour experiences and energy work.
