Dear ,

What an amazing time this is!  Since 11:11 in particular I am meeting and connecting with so many people who are shining their light so brightly and who are really stepping into who they are and what they have to offer.  So many gifts and blessings flow when this happens!  We really have reached a whole new place and we can no longer go back to hiding our light.  It is real and it is present and it is who we are.   I say let us celebrate the light that we are!

The Holistic Fayre in Salisbury on Saturday was a pure joy to experience.  So many committed and connected people offering and sharing of themselves.   I attended as a visitor and was delighted by the magic you all created.  Well done to Debbie and all the team for such a fabulous event.

This week's Golden Key is called Ascension Light and is the softest palest gold and silver.  It iis a reminder of the light we carry and the light we are now beginning to emanate simply through our beingness. 

This week's excerpt from The Language of Light is part of the 'harmonic'  for the Ascension Light Key.  Each of the Keys has a harmonic which carries encoded frequencies which may be experienced as you read.  Enjoy!

Ascension Light is the amplifier of all you are and all you have perceived yourself not to be.  Let it shine its light with the purity of knowing and feel its waves of energy peeling back the layers that have clouded your face from the sun.  Its cleansing light ignites the flame of your truth and burns off all that is false within you.  It welcomes you to re-define yourself as the light you have always been.

Ascension Light shows you that your seemingly solid physical body is simply dancing particles of light.  As you speak, express and live the Language of Light you know that your body is made of light, the light of all creation made real in physicality.

The gold and white Language of Light rings this truth to the very core of your sacred bones.  You hold the light in your physical body, like the awakened or enlightened ones.  All that is not light falls away in the light of your beingness.  The inaccessible becomes accessible.  The truth becomes real.

Here you claim:  I know and I am the knowing.

The Language of Light uplifts you to the next level.  Your Ascension is in process.  It is simply another step, one you know and understand at your deepest core and your highest height.

You cannot seek it with your mind.  It is beyond all that you would imagine or believe.

Open your hands and heart outwards to the universe and watch in awe as the Ascension Light opens toward you and the light pours through.

With joyous clarity step off the edge of the world you have believed in into the transcendent, the sublime, the new. 

You are become the Language of Light.  You exist in the lightest, clearest space.  You deftly dance into joy.  There is nothing here but beingness. 



Book Launch!  Thursday 3 December

The evening is open to anyone who would like to join us for the celebration of the launch of my book.  It feels deeply humbling and very exciting to be 'birthing' this baby!!  I'd love to share it with you.  There is currently an art exhibition on at the venue (Art at the Barn Gallery, The Barn, Odstock, Salisbury) so it will also be an opportunity to view beautiful art work, sip on a glass of bubbly, chat, meet the book, and enjoy!  Look forward to seeing you there any time from 6.30pm onwards.

Good Vibrations Group, Southampton, Sunday 6 December

Good Vibrations next meeting is on Sunday 6th December, when Amy Phillipson will be making the journey from deepest Devon to lead a magical afternoon of Chakra Dancing.  Amy will guide the group through a short moving meditation to music for each chakra, beginning at the base chakra and working up the body to the crown chakra.  This will then be anchored with a circle of seated meditation plus time for tea, chatting and sharing, as usual!  £5 admission includes refreshments.  Contact Sally Phillips:  connect@sallyphillipshealing.co.uk for further information.
