For those who are following along as we connect with the Golden Keys to Ascension, welcome to week four.  And for those who are not, welcome anyway!  :-) 

Its a fairly big time on the planet as we approach 11:11:11, another portal date (2009 = 11 so this is a triple 11 date).  I'm fortunate enough to be meeting up on that day with the group who did the Ascension programme in the summer, for a day of power-boosted light and magic as we take things to their next level...

Series of repeating numbers are a signpost from the universe - a signal to stop and take notice:  something significant is happening here!!  You might like to consider the possibiltiy of opening yourself to the symbolic and actual information and energy that is being offered to you when you see sequences of numbers or when they occur in dates such as 11:11.  Pause and wonder:  what do I need to notice today?  What might the universe be conveying to me personally and to us collectively?

Which brings me to the next question:  Who AM I today?  Who AM I at all?

Do you ever wake up in the morning and wonder, who exactly am I today?  Why do I feel different today than I did yesterday?  Who am I being called to be, which aspects of myself are available to me today, which aspects of myself need some support today?

The thing is we are complex and multi-dimensional beings and to expect ourselves to be exactly the same from one day or even one moment to another is to go against our fluid, ever-changing, ever-evolving energies.

How would it be to be simply yourself today?

The Fourth Key:  I AM

The fourth of the Golden Keys is called "I AM" - which is the name of God or the name of that which we conceive of as the Universe or the Divine or our highest aspect.  Its colour is pure gold; powerful, authentic, alchemical gold.  With this Key we are asked to consider the truth of our innate divinity, to really stand up and BE the light that we are, to BE the power of truth and love, to BE ourselves.  The time for games and manipulation is over.  The time for floating around in the nebulous spiritual light rays is over.   It is time for us to acknowledge the light within us as the greater power and to own that light and make it real, right here on the Earth.

Here is an excerpt from the "I AM" chapter of my forthcoming book, The Language of Light:

The double impact of gold over gold really steps up the pace as we connect with the I AM bottle.  We are asked to explore “Who am I?”  “What am I?” 

If we are to claim “I AM”, what is it we are claiming?

Notice the power of I AM to manifest.  If I say, “I am this”, my reality serves to reflect that.  If I believe “I am that”, then it is so.  We are called to notice our words, to notice how we speak to ourselves, to notice what we offer out to others.  What are the undercurrents that flow to us beneath the waves of our words and thoughts? 

The breath is our greatest doorway to the gifts of I AM.  Each time we draw life into our bodies we have the opportunity to change the way we ‘am’.  Each inspiration carries infinite life and light and power.  Are we willing to receive these blessed gifts?  Or will we dampen the light, smother the power, chastise ourselves, chase the power away? 

As always, we have a choice, in every breath, in every heart-beat, in every moment. 

Who do we choose to be, here, now?

Chi Kung Workshop with Clara Apollo
