We begin another Golden Keys to Ascension programme on Tuesday 20 October. This in-depth 8-week programme takes us on a journey that is quite unlike any other! It begins with the first Key, Faith, which is in so many ways the beginning of the journey, the foundation stone for all that follows. Life lived in faith and trust brings us further reasons to trust. Faith releases anxiety and opens us to living in the flow. Faith connects us with the greater, higher picture and stops us getting snarled up in what only appears to be real. It takes us above the illusion and into the clarifying light of truth.
Golden Faith
In the programme we connect with Faith and all the other Golden Keys through the Golden Gaia bottles. Faith is a beautiful pale turquoise over soft pale gold with a very purifying, cleanising and opening energy.
Language of Light - the book!
My book, The Language of Light: Golden Keys to Ascension is due out soon. I will be sure to let you know when it is available and will be taking pre-orders shortly! A whole chapter of the book is devoted to the question of Faith - what it is, what it means to live in faith, how faith links with truth and what might have stopped us living in faith. The book includes an energy transmission and meditation to connect you more deeply with faith and trust.
Here is an excerpt from the book from the chapter on Faith. It explores how faith and truth are linked:
Truth Rings
When we have faith in life we choose a greater perspective, we no longer shrink from what is but embrace it and drink from it and taste and experience it. When we have faith in life we open ourselves to it and the experience has the richness of golden nectar. And what, after all, did we come here to do, if not to experience all that life might offer us; all that we as creative sparks of the Divine source itself might choose to create, to experience? As we step into faith we give up our stories of victimhood. Nothing is wrong, nothing is done to us, nothing is outside of love, nothing is outside of life.
When our note of truth sounds and we hear and respond to the inner call of its resonance, faith guides our footsteps. Each time we trust in the knowing that rings deep inside ourselves we are given ever more reasons to trust. Each time we trust in our core of inner divinity and follow its guiding light, we experience whatever comes as perfection, no matter how it appears. We hear the bell calling us to action and we respond. Following the faithful truth of our heart-call, our action leads to manifestation. In faith, every outcome is perfect. But what happens if our desired outcome does not manifest? How do we see the perfection in this? Will we use this as a reason or excuse not to trust again? Will we cling to the old, to our memories, to victimhood? Will we hold to the concept that life is something that happens to us? Will we interpret the non-appearance of our desire as failure? Or might we choose instead to see the perfection in the situation, whatever its appearance? Our desire may not, after all, be the greatest outcome. The timing might not be in alignment with our highest knowing. Perhaps there is something even more magnificent awaiting us than we could have imagined. As we release ourselves from the need to control we relax into the flow of faith. As we choose faith, we release anxiety. As we step firmly into faith, we let go of fear. As we open to perfect trust, stress and worry loosen their hold. In faith we flow on the turquoise river of life in a golden boat of trust and the glorious knowing of our creative divinity awakens.
Here is an exercise from the book which asks you to feel truth - your truth - in your body:
The Sound of Truth
With this first Key you are called to explore truth. You are offered the experience of discovering your own note of truth and aligning yourself with it. Begin to be aware of the sound of your note, to recognise it in your body, to hear it as it resonates within you. Open to your truth with all your senses.
Call to mind something which is dissonant to you, a thought or a situation that is disharmonious. Notice where its sound strikes in your body. Hear the tone it makes and become aware of your body’s response to it. Become aware of what it calls you to notice, to see. Is there a truth here deeply buried? Is your discomfort a guide to a deeper truth?
Break state by standing up or focusing on something unrelated for a moment or two. Clear your mind, take some deep breaths.
Bring to mind something you resonate with perfectly. A project, a concept, a philosophy, a relationship, a job; anything that feels utterly right and connected for you. Notice where you feel that rightness, that truth, in your body. Notice the sound it makes. Hear its note. Let yourself bathe in the sound and feel your cells opening to it.
Get to know these feelings, these notes, these sounds. They are your guide to higher alignment. They are your guide to your truth. Trust in this. Have faith. All is Divine.
