The first Living Your Light group has just completed the final workshop in the three-part series which began in February.  What an honour it was for me to stand alongside such inspiring, light-filled, willing participants and to watch them heal, release, emerge, grow and fly!  Each of you is a treasure beyond words and I thank you humbly from my heart for having the courage to live your light.

Over the last three months we have explored what it means to live in the truth of our divine light, what has stopped us from doing so and what might happen if we dared to be who we truly are.  And what we gained from this experience, more than almost anything else, was the knowledge that we gain absolutely nothing - except heartache and frustration - from hiding our light, and that by living our light, we enable, inspire and guide others in doing so too.

I will be delighted to run the series of three Living Your Light workshops again in early 2010.

We are in a time of huge change on the planet.  Much that we have known as 'true' may seem to be crumbling.  Much that we have held onto may be slipping away.  All of it is the pre-cursor to a greater freedom, a higher truth, a more expanded view of living and all we need do is to be who we are, in essence, without excuse or justification.  Rejoice as old patterns fall away.  Watch, observe and experience as feelings arise in you and allow them to be what they are.  Truly, this life is such a gift if we will but live in it instead of skirting around its edges or resisting its ebbs and flows.
