What would it mean for you to live your light in this world?

Would it mean you could live with more joy?  More passion?  More peace?  More authenticity?

Would living your light mean loving more and fearing less?

Would there be more room for play, for exploration, for discovery and excitement and less need for rules, busyness and worry?

Would it mean you could live in alignment with you who TRULY are?

Pause for a moment and really consider this.  What would it feel like to truly live in your authentic light?  To be all that you can be?  To offer your unique gifts to the world?  How would your life look?  What might you experience?  Close your eyes and let yourself imagine or sense exactly what it would feel like to live fully in your light.......What might this mean for you?

I invite you to take part in an exploration of your light - your essence - and uncover what lies within you.  There are many ways to take this journey but if you feel called to live your light more fully and more joyfully then I welcome you to join my Living Your Light series of workshops begin on 28 February.  Details follow.

Living Your Light  begins in Salisbury on Saturday 28 February 2009 with Part One:  Freeing Your Light.

In this one-day workshop we will focus on the freeing up of your energy to enable you to integrate more light into your physical form.  We will explore what it would mean to free your light from blocks, resistance and fear and to step more fully into the authentic truth of your unique self.  And we will walk a sacred path to your own point of light as you begin to embody more of your light here on Earth.

Part Two, Expanding Your Light, takes place on Saturday 4 April.  Here we will open pathways for you to express your light in the world and will take you deep into the stillness at your core where your true light resides.

Part Three, Living Your Light, to be held on Sunday 17 May, will bring a sense of completion and connection on a profound level.

This series was inspired by my recent visit to Mt Shasta, a sacred site in Northern California.  The workshops - along with information, insights and energy shifts - were 'downloaded' through me on a magical day spent high up on the mountain.  It is my joy to share them with you.

The Holon of Ascension

Shamanic sound healer, scientist, author and teacher Tom Kenyon has brought through a transmission that assists us in raising the frequency of our etheric or subtle body.  I've just come across this and will be taking a copy of it away to South Africa with me!  It is apparently easy to do and doesn't take more than 5-10 minutes a day.

At dawn on 14th February the Cosmos embodies a perfect alignment to support our collective manifestation of love and peace and dawning of the Age of Aquarius.

The Aquarian chart of 14th February reveals an incredible concentration of cosmic influences blending with the energies of Aquarius in the twelfth house. Complaint Free

You may have heard of Will Bowen and his book 'A Complaint Free World'.  The idea put forward by the book is that the more we free ourselves from the burden of negative thinking and speaking the more positive energy we send out into the world and the better we feel ourselves.  A lovely upward spiral that has knock-on effects to those around us and the world in general.

The idea is to place a band of some sort (Bowen sells special purple bands on his website; the business is not-for-profit) around a wrist and every time you hear yourself complaining, gossiping or criticising, you shift it to the other wrist.  The idea is to reach 21 days without complaining as it's commonly agreed that it takes 21 days to create a new habit.  This is not a new concept of course, it's a bit like the old swear box!  But it seems to be taking off around the world in this age of increasing awareness and if it starts a wave of positivity then it can only be of benefit to all.
