It seems appropriate and seasonal to be focusing on Angels at this time of year. We often see angels or higher beings as somehow outside of ourselves, coming to our aid or supporting us when we're in need. And they certainly do that.

But what if angels are just higher-dimensional aspects of ourselves? What if we were to recognise that angels exist within each of us? That angels are just fragments of our own light, reflected to us through the mirror of our own divine soul?

Could we then begin to understand what we are truly capable of? Could we then begin to access those angelic aspects of ourselves and bring them out into the light of day to be seen and experienced by ourselves and those we come into contact with?

An inspiring blog post I came across recently:

one of my son Prevail's favorite games
to play with me is chase,
and it has become something of a daily ritual.

each time before we start he tells me
about the superpowerful,
so so fast engine he now has,
and how it will make him go too too faster than the world.

this morning, i couldn't help but become lost
in stunned appreciation as i watched him
rev up in preparation to launch from the starting line.

Good Vibrations

Good Vibrations is a new group set up in Southampton by Sally Phillips, offering the chance to attend a variety of talks/demonstrations and connect with like-minded people.

On Sunday 7th December Natalie Fee will be sharing her Everyday Alchemy with the group. With a background in Yoga and Feng Shui, Natalie now writes a column for the Green Parent Magazine, as well as giving Everyday Alchemy sessions and working online with clients around the world. Natalie will be giving a taster of her workshop which looks at how to use the stresses of everyday life as your vehicle to higher awareness and happiness.

Please arrive around 1.30pm in time for a drink and a chat, ready for a prompt 2pm start.

Cost is £5 per person.
