Can you feel the shift that is taking place? The energies are all changing. The 3D world is beginning to shake on its foundations, just as we knew it would. So there's a lot of fear and doubt sitting in the collective consciousness right now. But if we take a closer look we find that all of this is completely in line with the transformation needed on this planet for our evolution. We simply can't continue the way we've been going: lots of things need to change, and those changes are beginning to happen.

We're in the most extraordinary time in human history: we're on the brink of becoming self-realised beings and living a conscious life in an ever-evolving world. How exciting is that!!

If you're one who's feeling the fear, breathe deep and connect with your highest aspect, your highest self and know that you are safe, you are loved, you are held. The fear is an illusion; a powerful one, but an illusion nonetheless. You have the power to choose your reality.

The new energies are making themselves felt very strongly now. I'm experiencing a golden glow around everything at the moment, instant manifestation of thoughts and words, ease and flow in everyday life, a strong desire to do only that which feels good; stillness and calm in the midst of much energy, movement and action. This is the new reality we've been talking about for so long.

If you've been waiting for something to happen before letting yourelf experience this new reality - more money, a new partner, a new home, a change of job, inspiration, whatever...stop waiting. If you're waiting for the happening that is going to change your life, stop waiting. You are the happening! Your time is now. There is no other.

Journey to Mt Shasta

Mt Shasta is one of the Earth's truly sacred places. We recently spent two weeks in Northern California, travelling from San Francisco up the wild 'lost coast', visiting redwood groves and taking in the breath-taking scenery of this area. On Mt Shasta I had a deep and profound connection with nature and the spirit of the mountain. The mountain brought me into contact with sacredness in a way I'd not experienced before. I've written a short article about my experiences and posted it on my Articles page.
