The Third Golden Key: Generosity

Our third "Golden Key" takes us out of the cool, introspective spaces of the first two keys into the warmth and buoyancy of coral and gold.  The theme is Generosity.

What would it mean to live in generosity?  To experience the full warmth and joy of giving and receiving?

In this Key we look at how much we are willing to receive and what our blocks are to receiving.  We explore the idea that giving and receiving are a natural balance and counterpart to each other and that we need both.

We also explore abundance, wealth, joy, bliss, fun and playfulness and take a signififant step on our ascension pathway.

We also tune in to the Divine Feminine energies and explore our relationships with the feminine in our own lives, including our own feminine aspects, our mother and Mother Earth.

Here is an extract from the Generosity chapter of the book:

"Generosity asks us to explore questions of relationship:

Who are we in relationship?

How are we in relationship?

How do we dance with life?  Do we dance at all?

Do we enter into the tapestry that is woven by each step of the dance or do we remain on the periphery, unwilling or unable to become part of the unfolding design?

When we live generously we are willing to be fully present with another, to show up whole-heartedly in relationship.  We offer ourselves in all our truth and we open to be with and share with and discover another.  In generosity we are more interested in participating in the dance than in the perfection of the steps or the grace of the movements.  We give of ourselves and we receive what others have to offer us.  We dance.  We play.  We connect.  We feel the gratitude of being a part of the dance. Sometimes we dance with heavy feet and little skill.  At other times we amaze and delight ourselves with our dexterity and polish.  It is not the talent or otherwise for dancing that concerns us.  It is to be in the dance.  It is to be the dance.

Generosity stops us from taking ourselves so very seriously and gifts us the ability to smile and even laugh at the extra-ordinary, complex, exquisite and intricate ride of life."

There is an exercise in the book to draw you into experiencing generosity in your every day life.  One of the steps in the exercise is as follows:  have a play and see where it takes you!

Each time you pay for something experiment with opening to joy and freedom as you do; expressing your gratitude for the wherewithal to pay for what you need or want.  Play with viewing money as an endless supply of energy that you can exchange freely, all the time.
