Hello again. I was chatting with a friend the other day about how much in our lives we have wanted to be 'in control'. Planning this, organising that, 'making' things happen and just plain old doing, doing, doing......And we both recognised that the most amazing and wonderful things happen in our lives when we stop all that, give over the reins to the universe and trust. Really trust. We find that by trying to be in control, we push things further away from manifestation and end up feeling we have no control at all! It's one of the really good cosmic jokes: the more we insist on controlling the more our energy becomes constricted and the less chance the universe has to bring us what we really want. My friend has come up with a simply beautiful idea for workshops and she has watched in awe as the process has unfolded, without any sort of trying or pushing on her part. She told me she has been living her joy with this idea and as she's been doing this the universe has been showering her with all sorts of unexpected gifts and blessings. Solstice Greetings! This Solstice is a time for finding delight in your life, in who you are, in the world around you. When you find one spark of light in your world you acknowledge the spark that resides within you. When you discover that the world is made up of a whole rainbow of colours you recognise that this lives inside of you too. When you share that light, that rainbow, with another, you open to miracles and possibilities.

It's been an exciting time here, with a 3-day workshop from Colourworks founder Melissie Jolly; an astonishingly light and high vibration 'Air' workshop; the ongoing and exciting evolution of the Centre for Colour and Chi Kung; my 40th birthday (thanks to all those who partied with me and all the many good wishes I received!); and I am blessed to have just started teaching the awe-inspiring Metatronic Healing system.
