One to One Sessions connect you with your Higher Self to facilitate shifts, transformation, inspiration and deep healing.  In a session we will weave the threads from Colour, Metatronics, Reconnective energies, my own higher guidance - and yours - into an experience that is tailored to you and your individual needs.

The main emphasis in these sessions is to empower you to be all that you can be, assisting you to reclaim your own wisdom, power and light.

Sessions use the beautiful range of Colour Mirrors bottles, insightful questioning and powerful energies to help you shift your perspective and give you tools to move forward in a new empowered way.

Sessions are a dialogue with colour, energy downloads and the powerful light of your own Higher Self.  We may work with Metatronics, other angelic energies, Reconnectiive frequencies, NLP, or whatever else arises and unfolds.

Sessions cost £60.00 and usually last between 1-1 1/2 hours.

Note:

As I am called to follow my passions of teaching and writing these days I am rather less available for One-to-One sessions.  I do offer occasional sessions however and I very much welcome you to contact me if you feel drawn to work with me in some way.
