Close your eyes and breathe in gold.  Let it fill your lungs.  Let it fill your mind.  Let it fill your belly.  Let it ripple out over your skin, touching you like a warm caress. 

Feel the warm sunlight gold dancing on your skin, penetrating your skin, flooding your whole being with golden light. 

Feel the golden light surrounding you, creating a perfect strong and light aura boundary, like an egg shape, all around you.  Feel the strength and protection of you own energy field, filled and surrounded with your own love and light.

Feel the robustness of your auric field.  There is only room for love, for light, for true authentic golden power.

And feel how the goldenness of your being fills your mind, your brain, your thoughts, so that all there is, is gold.   Golden light, golden sound, golden energy, golden joy, golden truth.

And breathe in I AM….I AM golden light……I AM the light of all there is…..I AM joyousness……and feel yourself ringing, like a bell…ringing with goldenness….ringing with the truth of who you really are.

Let your golden note sound out into the universe, creating beams of light wherever you go.  Watch the radiance spread out from you, all around you, touching everything you see and turning it into gold.

Feel the vibration of your sound, your being, your light echoing out into the void and connecting you with the source of all, replenishing you on every level.

And know yourself to be the golden channel, a portal through which golden light can filter onto the planet.

And watch as doorways open as you pass, your very presence in the world lights beacons and sends flames of light into the galaxy and beyond.

This radiance, this clarity emanates from you.

And from this space of golden oneness begin to see yourself taking form, with golden robes and golden hair and golden eyes.  You are the golden one and you take your place at the alchemist’s table and before you are oils and metals and stones and precious objects.

You are the alchemist, you are the creator, you are the one who makes gold from all you touch.

And you watch in awe as everything you touch turns to gold, liquid gold and solid gold and ethereal golden spiralling light, all around you, simply gold.

And this gold flows right through your life from the very beginning of time, all the way through this life and all your lifetimes.

Allow the gold to flow, filling up all the spaces where you felt powerless, all the times and places you felt forgotten, all the relationships where you let your power be taken from you.

The gold flows through time and space to fill them all with truth, with light, with your own authentic power.

And all you have to do is reach out and touch them and they transform into gold, into love, into wisdom and you see yourself as the wise alchemist, the golden one. 

You can transform anything, you can overcome anything.  It is all a story, played out through many lifetimes, and the story can be retold now……..retold in gold.

And as you let go of the story, sending it spiralling out into the light of your golden universe, you become aware of your golden breath, in and out, the gold of your lungs expanding you, the gold of your body, the gold of your mind, all of it, precious treasure.

And you see before you, a golden dragon of light, massive and sparkling and wondrous and oh so wise, and the light in his eye glints as he regards you with such love and such power, and you feel it all the way through your body and you know that this too is your love, your power.

And you climb on his back and he swoops and dives and rises like a phoenix.  Majestic, regal, he has gold encrusted jewels in his scales and his whole body is golden and you ride on his back like the wondrous being you are.

And you know you are truly wealthy, truly abundant in every sense, that gold is just an energy and you know this energy and you claim it, and you love it, and you share it willingly and easily and the more you have the more you give and the more you give the more you have and your cup runs over.

And you send an intention out into the universe, an intention for your life, a quality you desire to embody, or an action you intend to take, and your intention is filled with pure golden light and you let it go knowing it to be fulfilled.

And the dragon begins to gently glide downwards until you find yourself on the golden earth, and you slide gently off his back and you find a place to sit a golden, glowing place of peace of stillness on the earth and you sit.

And you are the gold, and your breath is gold, and there is nothing to do, nowhere to go, just you, here, now, gold...

And then slowly, gently, when you are ready, you begin to bring yourself back into your body, back into the room you are in, and feel your breath, and your hands, and your feet on the floor and your connection with the earth and open your eyes.
