Colour Mirrors was created in South Africa by Melissie Jolly, a psychologist and colour therapist with many years of experience working with and teaching about colour.  Using the system, whether through readings, healing or bathing, you are assisted to shift old, outdated beliefs, patterns or habits.

Colour Mirrors helps you reconnect your spirit with your body, so you can truly act as a channel for divine love and light here on the planet.  The bottles are effective in helping you make changes because they have a direct effect on your energy body and they bypass the conscious mind, therefore helping you to clear issues you may be blocking or resisting on some level.

Each bottle has its own meaning, its own 'note' or vibration.  You will be drawn to some and not others, and your choices will reveal information, insights and understanding about yourself and your life.

The system consists of:

• 36 colour-combination oil bottles to connect you with what you need to know in your life right now
• 15 chakra bottles to work with in healing sessions and for raising your vibration

The system is made up of natural colouring, essential oils and flower/plant essences from the Southern Hemisphere. It is activated by crystals, also found in the Southern Hemisphere. The system includes the new lighter body colours such as Turquoise, Olive, Coral, Gold, Magenta, Pink, and Copper as well as the traditional beautiful rainbow colours.

Colour 1

In Colour 1 you will:

Colour Brings our Divinity into Form

What happens when we come into contact with colour is that we translate beingness into form.  Our choice of colours draw forth that which is within us already, perhaps unexpressed.  Colour births into a form we can hold, see, touch, smell, recognise.  Colour enriches our thoughts, our feelings, our perceptions, until they come alive with the vibrancy and the potency of light.  Here, we say.  This is me.  Here are my shadows.  Here are my joys.  Here is my vulnerability.  Here is my strength, my courage, my response to life.  Some of which have been hidden, even from myself.  When we forgo the mental process of thinking and release ourselves into the soul’s energies we drop the pretences, the guards and the stories.  We formulate truth through the simplicity of our soul’s response.

The soul formulates at the deepest level, in an instant, what it takes the mind minutes, hours, days, eons to grasp.  Colour reveals it to us.  Something happens when we sit with colour – with Colour Mirrors.  Words are used, we question, we explore, we discover; and yet all of that is just surface semantics.  What really happens is that we change.  Our cells reach out to the silent messages in the colour bottles and pick up corresponding frequencies.  They make subtle - and sometimes not so subtle - adjustments, aligning themselves with the deeper truth of our being.  What was impossible begins to take on possibility.  What was heavy, blocked, clogged starts to dissolve and dissemble into liquid light.  The job, place, situation that seemed so intransigent loosens its hold on us. Name:  Colour Mirrors

The name Colourworks served us and explained what we had been doing beautifully for the first seven years of the life of this system but it became clear in 2008 that it was time to move forward with a new name and energy. 

While preparing the Advanced Colour course Melissie and I found the name 'Colour Mirrors'.  Melissie says it is a sentence, "Colour ..... Mirrors"; so the word mirror is a verb, and that is what colour does:  it mirrors every aspect of you to yourself.  Every time you look at a colour and love it, or judge it, or dislike it - whatever your reaction to it - that is what is inside of you, what makes you who you are at that moment.
